Am 1. April 2022 trafen sich die Teilnehmenden der\u00a0Einzelma\u00dfnahme \u201eDein Weg\u201c<\/em>, welche aus Mitteln des Europ\u00e4ischen Sozialfonds sowie des Freistaats Th\u00fcringen gef\u00f6rdert wird, f\u00fcr einen Thementag bei unserem Kooperationspartner \u201eSpezialdruck Robert Nagel Trockenbau-Brandschutz-Akustik GmbH & Co. KG\u201c<\/a>. Nach einer herzlichen Begr\u00fc\u00dfung wurde direkt mit einer Betriebsf\u00fchrung und der Vorstellung von unterschiedlichen Berufsfeldern der Firma gestartet. F\u00fcr Nachfragen stand stets ein hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter zur Seite, welcher dar\u00fcber hinaus Informationen und Hinweise zum Bewerbungsverfahren gab und nahe legte, worauf die Firma bei einer Bewerbung f\u00fcr einen Ausbildungsplatz besonders viel Acht gibt.<\/p>\n

Bei einem anschlie\u00dfenden dialogischen Austausch gab eine Beraterin des Projektes \u201epassgenaue Besetzung\u201c der Handwerkskammer Erfurt praktische Tipps rund um das Thema Bewerbungen, machte auf die Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Ausbildungsberufen im Handwerk aufmerksam und unterst\u00fctzte die Sch\u00fcler und Sch\u00fclerinnen bei der Vermittlung eines individuell passenden Ausbildungs- oder Praktikumsplatzes im Handwerk. Daf\u00fcr gab es im Rahmen der Veranstaltung die M\u00f6glichkeit, alle Fragen zum Thema Bewerbungsverfahren zu stellen und professionelle Antworten von einer Beraterin der Handwerkskammer Erfurt und des Arbeitgebers der Firma Nagel zu erhalten.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
